We accept selected gift card brands, including Apple/iTunes, Razer Gold, Steam, Xbox, Sephora, Foot Locker, and One4all.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- A maximum of 4 missing characters, depending on the card type.
- Gift cards must be no more than one month old.
- A valid purchase receipt is required to support the recovery request.
- Some card types require a same-day receipt.
- Processing eligibility depends on the card brand and the number of missing characters.
SUPPORTED GIFT CARDS & RECOVERY LIMITS
Apple/iTunes: 1–4 missing characters; a receipt is required, especially for 4 missing characters.
Razer Gold: 1–2 missing characters; receipt required.
Razer Gold (Mixed Letters and Numbers): 1–2 missing characters; receipt required.
Sephora: 1–3 missing characters; same-day receipt required.
Steam: 1 missing character.
Xbox: 3 missing characters.
Foot Locker: 1–3 missing characters; same-day receipt required. Minimum card value: US$100.
One4all: 1–3 missing characters; same-day receipt required. Minimum card value: US$100.

- Confirm that your gift card meets the requirements.
- Prepare your original purchase receipt.
- Submit your card details through the CardoPLUS App for assessment.
- Await confirmation of eligibility and the next steps.
